We want you to love every sip, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return un-opened tea and merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened tea or consumable products.

Visit our online return portal to print a prepaid shipping label or bring your items to any DAVIDsTEA retail location for an immediate exchange or refund.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, making sure to include the return authorization slip inside.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
